“The summer of 2020 … Where it all begun…North Meets South Chefs was the brain child of Director, Chris Dyble, after he wanted to make a change in the hospitality industry and the way recruiting was done! After a flying start and having a very solid loyal customer base I decided to look to one of my top chefs and a previous hospitality recruiter Marcin Piecha to add to the strength and knowledge base of North Meets South Chefs. Both having years of front line experience within hospitality we have raised the bar in service standards by thinking differently and challenging perceptions of how casual staffing and recruitment should be practised.

Our aim is simple: to improve the reputation of service within the UK and Ireland hospitality industry and around the world. We treat each client with the same consideration no matter how small or large their requirements are. Equally we support our candidates with care and consideration.
